 Post subject: Couldn't reach the Tonido device (Android App)

My URL is http://wr3ck.tonidoid.com/ and I can log in fine from browser but the Android App - latest update - cannot connect. All I see is "Couldn't reach the Tonido device."

It did connect before the last Android update but it's been a while since I've needed to use Tonido. Can someone help me figure out what is preventing it from logging on? My PC application is on the latest version too and running (of course)

(I have attached the log file from the Android App too)

I have the same issue. I updated to v39 of the Android app, and it will no longer connect to my TonidoPlug.

I'm on a Toshiba Thrive running Android 3.2.1.31.5.0002

I am having the same problem, i am on an android tablet acer a200 with ice cream sandwich, and was working fine. I can access from computers web browser, and outside computer web browser. I can access with my Samsung galaxy sII with FROYO, with the tonido app. the tablet worked fine one and and then the next it stopped. I have disabled the network and re enabled it. restart computer. uninstalled tonido, factory reset the tablet. and nothing.

It just says. couldn't reach tonido device.

So any thoughts anyone.

I have exactly the same problem on Verizon Galaxy Nexus after the latest update. Worked fine before the update. is there a way to downgrade to the previous version?

To add more info - I just downgraded to the previous version that I had backed up (v. 37) - and it works fine - I can connect. My Tonido server on my Win 7x64 is the latest version - 2.50.0.18016. It looks like the new update (v. 39) has a serious bug somewhere.

Same issue here with an LTE GNex.

Can anyone post an apk to a previous version of the client?

I just installed the patched version (v. 40) and the results are not good. The first time I tried it it couldn't reach the Tonido device, while the second time it didn't complain about that but reported instead that there are no files in the folder - and should no files or folders. Then after a delay (~ a couple of minutes) the folder list appeared. Browsing the folder hierarchy is difficult - it often says no files in folder, or it shows only a part of folder's content. Please let me know if I can be of any further help in troubleshooting. For the time being I reverted to v. 37.
