I've been running Tonido on a Sheevaplug for the past year or two. Upgrades normally have gone smoothly. However, after upgrading to 2.5, I am no longer able to connect via the Tonido relay service ("Tonido Enabled Device Unavailable. The requested device is currently unavailable..."). I have no problem accessing from within my LAN (including via SSL), and I confirmed that relay is still enabled in Settings. I temporarily enabled trace logging which immediately produced a ton of these messages:

[9] [CoreRelayService]:E: run Relay Service Exception epoll: Function not implemented

Do you have any suggestions? My TonidoID is bobonala

What OS is this sheevaplug running?
It appears that the latest update uses epoll which is missing in your OS.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty). I guess I'm a victim of Ubuntu having dropped support for the ARMv5? Will I be back in business if I switch to Debian or Arch? As far as Tonido is concerned, is one preferred over the other?

The strange thing is TonidoPlug1 runs Ubuntu 9.04 as well, so I can't say for sure why the upgrade doesn't work on yours. Maybe this is a modified version of Ubuntu?

If you can't upgrade, you can keep running the older versions of Tonido.

Thanks. I just did some poking around and it seems like epoll ought to be available for Jaunty; not sure why it isn't on my SheevaPlug, but I'll try to get it. I first need to find a working repository for the ARMv5 port of Jaunty.
