I set up my Tonido account some days ago and are accessing my PC (running on Windows 7) from both my phone (Sony Ericsson Experia Arc, Android v.2.3.4) and my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Android v.3.1)

While accessing from the phone does everything work perfectly, I can immediately login to the service and all folders and files show as they should.

Accessing from the tab is more problematic, there are usually login problems saying: "Couldn't reach the Tonido device". After trying several times does it usually work to login. When I am logged in can I just see a few of my folders and files (the ones in the top of the list). By clicking "Refresh" can I sometimes see more or less folders or files, but still just a few (approx 5 out of 150).

The result is the same wit both WiFi or 3G.

Can someone please give me some tips of how this can be solved.

We trying to reproduce the issue. It would be helpful if you could provide some more details.

Could you pl check if the backend Tonido server is running the latest version.

when you tried wifi, is the phone and the tonido server connected to same wifi network? if not, could you pl try accessing after connecting phone to the same network. Could you pl also try with local url, e.g http://192.168.x.x:10001/

I'm located outside of the US (Sweden).

We installed the Tonido software on several computers with different OS ( XP, Win 7 and 2008 ). The app was installed on several different devices, LG Optimus 2X running 2.3.7, HTC running 2.3.4 and works great. Installed on 2 different Samsung Tab's running 3.2 and Acer Tab running 3.0 all have issues ranging from "Cant connect to Connect to Tonido Device", "No files ", Some files and folders displayed and upon selecting refresh, sometimes more are displayed or removed from display. We can from the tablets connect viathe web and all is fine. All are running the latest versions.
We think the software program is great but would love a fix for the tablet issues that we are experiencing.

Have installed Tonido on my MacBook Pro (OS X Lion 10.7.3), Tonido version 2.50.0.18016
I have a Samsung Galaxy S I9000 Android 2.3.7, iPod Touch iOS5.1, both work without any problems
Have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android 3.2 which is presenting with the problems as mentioned here

I have connected using the Tonido App 39.0 on the Tab, and files are missing, connection fails "Couldn't reach the Tonido device", refreshing/retrying repeatedly sometimes shows the bulk of the files but isnt consistent, sometimes only a few, sometimes none
Connecting from the web browser on the Tab shows all files/folders correctly

This issue is the same if connecting from Wifi (on the same LAN), 3G or from another location.
Using http://192.168.x.x:10001/ instead of the http://xxxxxx.tonidiod.com/ makes no differences

Great app, using a web browser instead of the Android app is a bit of a workaround i've found that works, but ideally would love to see the Android App working on all Android versions both current and future.
