When I try to mount on OSX the shared Tonidoplug folder http://192.168.1.xx/app/websharepro/share/folder I get the error message "There was a problem connecting to the server 192.168.1.xx. The server will not allow any additional users to log on". I am accessing the Tonidoplug from a browser in the same client, if that constitutes a logged-on user. Do I need to log off in order to mount the share locally? Is only one user allowed access at a time?

hmm, that error is not from our server as far as we know.
Please change log level to trace, try reconnecting and then post your tonido.log file.

I actually don't see the calls in the log.
Make sure you have the correct port in the URL, say http://name:port/app/websharepro/share/folder

like http://192.168.0.10x:10001/app/websharepro/share/folder

Ok, the port addition to the URL did the trick, thanks very much.

On a general note, I realise that this is a sophisticated combo of hardware/software, and as I overcome various problems, I start to appreciate how good the Tonidoplug is. But I can't help thinking that if I didn't have a reasonable knowledge of Unix, I'd have given up by now. For instance, in order to install a SATA drive, I had to mount it myself using SSH; not something your average Joe would dream of attempting. Just saying, I guess that you guys need to work on making it as simple and foolproof as possible if you want wide usage of the Tonidoplug. I'm sure you're well aware of that.

Thanks for the feedback. We are aware of that and work to make it as simple as possible.
