Hi!

My tonidoplug2 is suddenly inaccessible by the URL <name>.tonidoid.com but it is still accessible by the IP address within the local network as well as the forwarded port via my routers IP address. I tried restarting the plug (hardware and software) but it didn't help. I tried stopping and starting (activating / deactivating) the relay service but that didn't help either.

Any ideas on why this might be happening...?

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely
Prahlad

Further to my last message, the note I get in my browser is : "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later"

Your plugs network connectivity to the internet is not functioning properly. So the relay is not working.

Check your router connection, cabling. Try restarting your router, make sure all firewalls are disabled.

Hi. I tried this but got no good results. I also just realized that the only computer that can access the plug via IP (external IP of router + port forwarded to 10001) is my laptop! I can't access it from any other computer. This is very strange.

Is there a way to factory reset the plug..? Or do you know what might be causing such a problem..?

Problem solved! I just restarted the NAS drive along with all other machines connected to connected to the router and <hostname>.tonidoid.com is back in action.

Thanks for the support: you were absolutely right regarding the router.
