Could Not reach the tonido device

Did you "recover" this account in another machine by downloading and installing Tonido Desktop software by any chance?

If yes, you cannot use this account again on your plug.

So, you have to create a new account with a different name and then use that to connect from your mobile phones.

Now its working on the Android Tablet, But on all my IOS devices I get the same error
"Invalid Configuration, server plugin(s) missing or disable",iphone,Ipad2,Ipod Touch.
I change it to heriberto13, if you could check it.

My Samsung Tablet is playing Videos and Music really Good.
But the IOS devices,still giving me errors

Hi
I think The Android is seeing the new account,while the IOS devices are
seeing the old account, It's just a thought, I log in to the plug and it's
showing the old account.

You have to logout of the account in your iOS app and login into the new account.

How do you logout from the settings screen, I found no way of login out.

Settings->Switch button on the top left in the latest version.
