Hello,
for the last few days i tried your Tonidopro software, and while some features work excellently, others fail to do so:

When sharing music via the jukebox app, the app often crashes with 'guilty' thread being the jukebox thread. (This is the only time tonido.app produces a crashdump.
(i have m4a files only, no mp3)

I tried to play videos (mp4 and m4v formats) i encounter the following problems.
In admin account m4v files play a bit before tonido.app crashes, mp4 files do not play at all;
the flashplayer just stays , total playing time showing -0:01.

Tonido admin account on another mac on the local network, or user accounts anywhere , and also the ipad tonido app do not stram at all (m4v) or for a minute or so (mp4).

I enclose the last three days logfiles (set to trace) maybe i do something stupid.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This crash is occuring when transcoding formats from m4a to mp3. What OS version are you running and does this happen with a single file or any file?

the jukebox crashes seemed to occur randomly. I had a song (backstreet boys) which my daugher via internet as tonido user could not play (server here crashed) , but i as a tonido user (not admin) could on the local network.
I suspected the jukebox componment to crash the server even when no songs were playing so i turned the program off.
Most of the other crashes happen when trying to play a video (m4v, mp4) or stream to the ipad (tonido)
I am running Mac os x 10.7.3.

When you played and it worked for you on the LAN, did you use Jukebox app or the Standard Tonido explorer interface's music player?

That was the jukebox, in both cases.

It appears that the crash is occurring when parsing the some length off the files.
Does it crash on the same files or different files?

I am not sure , yesterday i played music for a couple of hours and it did not crash.
In my first post, i detailed about 30 tonido server crashes mainly due to trying to play movies (mp4, m4v) files , in the web interface or in the Tonido iphone/ipad app.
For all these, i attached the tondo Logfiles with loglevel = trace in a file called Archive.zip.
Has anybody ever looked at these ?

Missed it. It appears several of the crashes appear to be when serving files like MP4s etc. We haven't reproduced this yet so we are trying to reproduce it first.

We do know about one crash that we will be fixing in the next release. We haven't reproduced the other crashes so far.
