Are you connecting via wired Ethernet or wireless? FYI, the wireless drivers are unstable and can cause your plug to become unresponsive.

Please send an email to support@codelathe.com referring to this post and your order number. I don't think we have any other ways to troubleshoot what the issue is with your TonidoPlug.

Yes, i'm using wired connection in my TP.

Sounds like you may have a bad plug or a corrupted file system. The tonido folks are in the best position to help you. There are other things you could try, like resetting your plug using a USB drive, but if the plug itself is bad, it will only lead to more frustration.

One of my friend helped me to resolve this issue.
Now i'm able to login to SSH and webconsole, but i'm unable to login to admin console page it says invalid password. I use the same password for the user 'root' in the ssh it works fine, please see the screenshot for more info.

You can use this command from the command line to change the password.
