Are you activating it by keeping the Tonido software on the Desktop? Activation won't work if you keep it inside the "Applications".

Yes, it is on the desktop. I even deleted it totally and reinstalled to the desk top. I restored the account and get the same error. It won't activate.

Yes, we fixed the issue seen in the old log.
We need a new one to see what is going on.

From your tonido screen, go to Applications (on left tree)->Appstore tab

Click "clear store account settings" link.

Set the store account again. Now try to activate the tonido pro.

Following is the reason, I believe, you set the store account through Tonido, after which you have changed the store password at the http://store.tonido.com Therefore, Tonido is using your old store password when you try to activate Pro and authentication fails.

Let us know if the above solution works. If so, We will work to fix this problem in the future release.
