Hi all,

Since the last update, I'm unable to use Webshare. It's always disabled (suspended) and every time I try to enable it, it gives me this message:
------------
Failed Application Action!
Failed loading application. The application could be incompatible. Check if there is a newer version.
------------

I got version 2.11.0.12540

It use to work great. Is there something I'm missing here?

I also uninstalled it and reinstalled it again but still suspended.

Thank you.

I don't see any errors in the log.
If you go to your Applications tab, which applications are shown in "gray" or suspended state?

Sync - v2.37.0.17274 is disabled, when starting it it says
"Failed to load application. The application may be incompatible, check if there is a newer version"

Checked version of sync.dll and its "Sync - v2.37.0.17274 "

Are you running a TonidoSync client on the same machine?
You can either run the Tonido Desktop software (with sync plugin) or run the sync client not both.

No, just the sync plugin. This is the component that stoped working after I upgraded to latest version via webinterface.

What if I do a reinstall of the Desktop software, will settings/pro license remain

Yes, you can reinstall the desktop software without affecting any existing data.
