Hello!

I have activated the Tonido Pro and installed the Mediaserver application. However, when I try to activate the Mediaserver I get the error message:

Failed Application Action
Failed loading application the application could be incompatible

I have uninstalled Tonido and reinstalled, but without effect. I am running Mac OSX Lion.

Can you please help? Thanks!
Wimmo

This is a known issue with the current release on OSX. We will release an update for this issue in the next release. Thanks for your patience.

I also bought tonido pro to use the media server functionality, and just found out in the forums that it is not working.

I think the right way of anouncing this would be in the product page, I needed this function and bought tonido pro, finding out now that I need to buy another application to have this functionality.

TonidoPro includes Media Server and we are preparing the fix to make it work on the mac.

We expect within 1 to 2 weeks.

If you would rather not wait that long, we can provide a manual install zip which will require some familiarity with the command line.

Otherwise, if that doesn't work for you, please email support@codelathe.com requesting a refund.

I have a similar problem with Sync. It installs, but goes into suspension. When I try to resume it I get the error message 'Failed loading application. The application could be incompatible. Check if there is a newer version.' (there's not).

A new version of Tonido 2.50 was released yesterday.
Make sure you do "check for update" in settings and then do an update first.
