Cannot download WebSharePro

Hi,

I bought TonidoPro yesterday. Activation was not a problem. So now I wanted to install/activate WebSharePro, but when I click on Applications / Install, it tells me : "No Applications are available for installation.
"

Please change your log level to trace and repeat the action and post your tonido.log.

The reason is simple. It appears your system's architecture is reported as i586. This doesn't match our existing support for either i686 or x86_64.

What Linux HW are you running on?

It's a FSC Futro A240 Thin Client which is indeed i586. Didn't realize there was no support for that.

But..: Are you really sure that the i586 architecture is causing the problem preventing downloading WebShare Pro? That would be a real shame, because everything else works flawless, not a single problem with the Tonido Software or any of it's Apps. Webshare itself also works like a charm.

If just the download is the problem, is there then another possibility to download and install WebShare Pro?

Yes, we verify the architecture before installation to avoid crashes. In this case, since everything works we just need to add the i586 as a support configuration in the XML.

Note that none of your other plugins are actually "active" from what I see in the log file.
For each plugin, there is a manifest file, in the arch it will say "i686|x86_64", you need to make it "i686|x86_64|i586" and then restart and try to re-enable the plugins.

The manual install procedure for webshare pro is fairly involved.
We can release a new release with this support in about 2 to 3 weeks. If that timeline doesn't work, please contact support for a refund.

The two or three weeks timeline is fine, a refund won't be necessary. However: I also don't have a problem with a "fairly involved manual install procedure", that is : if the involvement would be on my site, off course

Actually: Webshare and Explorer are active in the system, but I will try your suggestion anyway of course

The fairly involved procedure is in our side to prepare the download for you. So it is better to make it in the official release.
