But here is the workaround. Install "Transmission", a linux based torrent app.
Here are the steps to install transmission.

 # apt-get update

Once transmission is started, you can connect to the web UI with the URL : http://<your_tp2_ip>:9091/transmission/web/

BTW, if you don't like to use transmission and not satisfied with the plug, please send an email to support@codelathe.com (referring this forum thread) to return the plug.

Isn't this voiding the warranty? I would be glad to install Transmission as it seems to be the best app, but I do not want to void my warranty.
