HI I recently reset my Tonido Plug but Failed Application Action!

would not restart, I have uninstalled it via the GUI then reinstalled, the app will not launch.

Failed Application Action!
Failed loading Application: The application could be incompatible. Check if there is a newer version.

No newer application is available according the the plug, Help.

Is this for WebsharePro?
Make sure a drive is attached and user data directory is set to that drive path.

Restart the plug after doing that and check if you are able to resume.

If it still fails, change log level to trace, do the action and send us the tonido.log file.
