I am viewing my photos on iPad, connected via to PC via LAN.

How to exit from photos? When I open Tonido, it opens to the photos. Have shut down Tonido on my PC and reopened, but nothing has changed. iPad still "stuck" on Photos.

I am assuming you have navigated to a folder containing photos and tapped on a photo to enter the full screen display mode.

If you tap the photo, it should show the overlay that contains the button to go back to the file list view. Restarting Tonido server will have no effect on you iOS device itself.
