I've got a new tonido plug and have installed the updates for the OS and applications on it.

When I try and use the Tonido Shell app however I get php errors about nested depth being too large and the terminal window contains

array ( 'GLOBALS' => array ( 'GLOBALS' => array ( 'GLOBALS' => array (

Any ideas?

Ta

Peter.

Did you have tonidoshell installed and working before the update?

Have you tried to restart the plug since the update to see if that cleared it up?

Is that all the info provided with the error?

I have never seen that kind of error. I am curious if PHP is acting up and if restarting the plug would fix it.

I just reverted to the version on the market and am not seeing this issue.

Thinking about it more, maybe you just need a clean session. I would try hitting the close button on the terminal window or closing the current browser completely, and then reopening it.

The latest version (assuming you are now using 1.1.5) returns the terminal output a little different than 1.0.3, so you might need a fresh session to clear out the old data.

If that doesn't clear it up, I have at least one more thing you can try.

I also have this problem... I am running tonido on debian squeeze on a tonidoplug booting from USB... probably unsupported I suppose... but I can just use SSH not really a problem...

Not really sure about the debian environment. It could be adapted to work in that environment, but I only have it supported in the official Tonido environment. It takes a lot of time to test in multiple unsupported environments which is why I don't currently do that. Also, I would have to have these environments setup, and I don't have the resources to do that.

It seems to be an odd error. Did you install it for the first time and have these issues? Or did you have it working before this?

Does the debian setup use the linux version of the Tonido software or the plug version? I don't think the linux version has PHP support yet (I know the plug is Linux, but they only distribute PHP support with the Plug version and windows version).

Never had it working just had this error shown... Debian Squeeze running on the Tonido Plug uses the plug version so it should have the PHP support SDK...

Hmm. A fresh install should run without problem. Let me check, I may have not tested that, but I imagine it should work fine. I will test now.

Ahh. Looks like an issue on my part. I should have a fix sometime soon.

Looks to have been a two fold problem. One the actual error was in creating the settings file (a typo on my part). The issue you were seeing was I was trying to dump the debug info, but it could not handle the circular reference that was being displayed. I think I have a fix for both.

Are you willing to test a new version with the fix in place?
