This post is to track the issues/fixes/functionality change for the next update.

Please post completely new function requests in separate posts and use this only to track bugs/existing function updates

Some of the known issues that will be fixed/updated in the next update are

1. Music player seeker bar disappearing (it will show up sometimes and sometimes will not even show up even though the song will play)
2. Refresh button needs to allow a soft (just refresh page without relogin) and hard refresh (re-login to server and refresh the page)
3. Remove alerts (when network is inaccessible or the server is inaccessible, annoying alert loops indicating login failed/failed to retrieve plugins etc)
4. Allow downloaded images to be opened in external application
5. Allow turning off of automatic LAN switching (seems to have problems on users that dont use Tonido relay)

I will update this post regularly based on feedback etc.

At this point, We are determining what is the best way to add support for Plugin applications (since they may or may not be installed which will lead to code bloat).

The primary focus is to enable accessing, sharing, downloading functions.
We have a nice feature list for the next update (2.1) in the works that should be pushed out soon.

The next iOS release for Tonido will be version 2.1 and here is the incomplete change list.

New features:
Enabled Airplay for video
Email downloaded files
Support raw photo formats
Twitter/Facebook posting support for shared URLs
Twitter/Facebook support for downloaded files
Save downloaded photos to photo album
"Open with .." support for all downloaded files

Bug fixes:
Bug in Detail view in favorites view during searching
Cleaner refresh support
Fix chain of errors on server restart
and few more.

Just did the update on my iPhone and now the app will not load. It starts, then pops out and all you have is the phone home screen.

Can I go back to previous build?

Same here, the updated app just crashes. I'm on an iPhone 4 with Verizon if that makes any difference.

I registered here so I could report the same thing....I get the splash screen, then the app goes away (although it's still open if you go to the multitasking bar).

I tried restarting my iPhone, then deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarted iPhone again, same result....please fix ASAP, I love the Tonido mobile functionality.

I cant find this option, where is it located?
I'm using tonido app v2.1

On VZW iPhone 4 also. I have not updated the software for my phone (because updates always seem to foul up battery life).

I wonder if the Tonido update only works with the updated iOS?

...wouldn't think this would be so...

Update: now, on the update page, Tonido is telling us to wait for the 2.11 version to update. Too late, but we will just have to wait for it.

We just realized that on iPhone v4.2 the new app doesn't start. We have fixed the issue and have uploaded new version to the app store. Sorry about this. As soon as the new version comes out you can update to it.
