It looks like you entered the command wrong. Notice your output shows a space after c in cgi. Try again with no space in cgi

Code:
ps aux | grep php/php5-cgi

What do you mean you have phpshell? Did you see a php folder in /app/root/tonido or phpshell in /app/root/tonido. phpshell should not be found in /app/root/tonido, only php

phpshell should be found in /app/root/tonido/plugins.

Hmm...You can delete phpshell under /root/app/tonido. It shouldn't be there. That usually happens when you do the install zip from Tonido settings.

It appears you do not have PHP on your system. I don't know if this is related to booting off of usb or not. This appears to be a technical question that should be directed to the Tonido Team. My plugin relies on PHP support being there, if it is not, then it won't work.

I could probably package the PHP directory from my plug for you, but I am curious why PHP isn't on your plug. If you want me to send you my PHP folder PM me your contact info, and I can try and get it to you tonight with some install instructions.

Note that PHP is not in the main release yet. To get PHP one has to manually install it on their plug.

Sounds good. I have a couple small things left to clean up anyways, but I am close.

Updated Opening page with prerequisites section. This includes instructions on how to install PHP on your plug.

I incorrectly assumed that the new Tonido Update updated my PHP install, what it actually did was update the information available to my PHP install, but not my PHP install. Manual installation of the developers PHP preview is still required along with the latest Tonido software update.

Got some more stuff coming soon. I have more respect for web programmers. I wish everyone could just use the same standard; I would get less angry that way.

You should see these changes in Beta 2 when it drops. I have a bit more clean up I want to do before I release Beta 2.

  • modal dialogs are now draggable
  • Generate unique ids for modals so I can have as many of the same or different type on the screen as I want. Chained or otherwise.
  • Added new color select modal dialog
  • Enabled setting custom rows and colors
  • When expanding output for easy copy and paste, I trim padding for a clean output
  • Minor bug fixes and some code cleanup. (I still have much more clean up to do though. :) )

I have a suggestion for future releases. Maybe you could integrate ymacs or codemirror into PHP Shell so there's a way to edit text files. These two also provide syntax-highlighting for different languages. You can probably load a text editor in a separate window. I have tested the editors and ymacs looks like this:
