I recently paid to upgrade to pro status, but when I log in, I'm still be shown as the free version. Any suggestions?

Where do you see it?
Are you running the latest version?
Does the Pro version say "Activated"?
You can install WebsharePro app and activate it to get the enhanced features.

Still having problems...

I have version 2.35

When I go to apps, I'm not showing Tonido Pro. When I go to the app store it says that I can purchase for $29.99, but I have already paid for it.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. (Safari, OSX Lion)

- Bought Tonido PRO license.
- Tonido software ver. 2.35.0.16174
- Clicking on Applications did not produce an activation window.

- clicked on App Store, and successfuly connected to my Store account
- an activate Tonido PRO button shows up now
- clicking this button produces "Unable to communicate with Server" window, which disappears almost instantly.
- logging in and out does not help.

do I need to change any firewall settings?

Change your settings to trace.
Do the operation again.
Please post your Tonido Log file.
Also, post a screenshot of the "App Store" Tab

I'm not sure where to find the "trace" setting.
