From my remote location, when I try to upload files I get a Connect To prompt. I am not sure what I need to enter, but what I have tried to date does not allow me to upload any files. The prompt constantly asks for the information. This only occured with my admin login, but no occurs with my guest login as well. Any suggestions. Attached is a capture of the prompt.

You cannot use your admin login to view a share. You need to use a guest account.

I am logged into my tonido account from work (not connected directly to my home network where my plug is connected) and cannot upload any files. I get the 'Connect To' prompt either logged in as a guest or my plugs main account. This was not a problem before the last 2 software versions. Mabe work adds firewalls and other protections that could cause this to occur. What information do I enter into the prompt to allow the plug to upload files.

Hmm, after looking more closely at your screenshot, I do see you are not talking about webshare but about the core Admin UI which should not ask for credentials.
I suspect that the flash uploader is causing this problem.

Try to upload by clicking the Shift + click on the Upload button. A different uploader pops up. See if that uploader works for you.

Yes this works. Can you make a fix to the standard uploader.

There is really nothing to fix, I suspect the work proxies in the middle is causing this issue. That prompt is not generated by Tonido.
