I see some issues with W3C validation. I will open a ticket for this. Until this issue is resolved, directly click the link on a browser.

Any updates on this? The interoperability with Outlook is a must for us. I just had a meeting with the key players in our organization regarding Tonido and its usability for us as a collaborative tool moving forward, and this was the number one concern; notifications. It's not realistic to expect everyone to have a browser window open with Tonido and with employees constantly monitoring Tonido for new file versions. Getting the notifications via RSS (specifically Outlook in our case) is essential for full adoption.

We've used Tonido now with 10 projects and all involved like the file management and ability to add notes to each file, but were not as pleased with the communications and notifications. If that can get resolved, I can see this becoming an indispensable tool and something that other companies could use with great success.

We can fix this issue in the next release, we can even give you an intermediary release in between. We will let you know.

I installed a Outlook 2003 RSS plugin RSS Popper and the enhancement works. We will release it soon.

For notifications, it would be helpful to know who made the update, what file was uploaded, time/date, and the notes attached to the file itself. That would be perfect-case scenario and would make everyone in our team(s) happy.
