I'm making some progress.

I stopped the server and restarted.

Now I get a different message :

"This Tonido Server is not eligible to be used with Tonido Drive. Validate that TonidoPro Webshare licence is active on the server"

... well it is active, because I can log in via the web.

So, it looks like if you upgrade the client and server in the wrong order they won't talk to each other. Now they are talking, it can't find my valid licence.

... ??

If you go to Applications on the server, is "WebsharePro" not Webshare application installed and active?

Both WebShare v2.37.0.17274 and WebSharePro v2.37.0.17274 are active.

i am getting the EXACT same error - ONLY guest accounts are unable to login. my main account can login.

I can't figure this out and its extremely frustrating as it seems like a few people are JUST experiencing it. Is there anyway to back track patches?

Apologies if this is a side issue but I'm pretty sure that since a recent release Tonido Drive has started to fail to connect IF USING A REMOTE ANSWER with the usual.... "This Tonido Server is not eligible to be used with TonidoDrive. Verify that Tonido WebsharePro license is active in the Tonido Server." message.

I'm using Biz, my license is valid and Webshare Pro is installed and running. Tonido Drive will connect without a Remote Answer set, but not with. .... and yes, I'm entering the Remote Answer answer in the Tonido Drive settings when required.

I have taken and can supply screenshots to demonstrate this if required.

Please open a new thread. Also 3.66 just was released today. Please update your drive to that version and check if it works.
