Sync Quit Working

Sync has been working fine for several months. It is no longer syncing. Server is running on Windows 7. One client on Windows 7 another on Mac. I am attaching logs.

The problem is occurring with a specific file name:

Bad path syntax: Pride\TournamentMVP | Texas ASA.pdf
Clients are trying to download this file and running into problems.
Where was this file originally added?

We will also add support to ignore these file path names that are invalid in the new release.

In fact, if you are using the latest sync client this problem shouldn't have occurred, because we ignore files with these special names.

That file was added on the Mac. It is still in the Sync Folder. I am running Client version 3.0.0.17879.

Please download and install latest Mac Tonido Sync client.
I think you are using a pre-release version we posted in our forums.

The latest version is 2.51.0.18312

I also suggest renaming that file in your MAC client and then it will fix the problem.
But you should be running the latest tonido version on your server and all your clients.

I have deleted the file from the Mac sync folder. I have also downloaded the latest version available on your download page. It is the same version I am currently running.

Sync is still not working.

I got it working again by deleting client and server DB files and caches. Everything seems to be working again.
