Feature request. I'm unable to set the Sync Folder Location for TonidoSync. It defaults to my home directory, which has very limited storage. I'm using this on my ReadyNAS device, and filling my home drive causes issues with the ReadyNAS OS.

My feature request would be to have a way to change the location of this folder.

Another feature would be to show how much free space is available on the physical drive. On the TonidoSync page it shows the MAX storage as 50gb, which gave me the false impression I actually had the space on my physical drive to store that amount.

Thank you, this worked. I created a new share on my ReadyNas and gave access permissions to the tonido account. Moved the sync folder and the cache folder to this new share so nothing is stored on the home partition.

I feel really dumb for this, but can someone help me with the syntax of the directory edit needed in the syncserverconfig file?

I want to make my default syncfolderlocation to a directory called 'SYNC' on my Disk5Part1. I typed out "media/disk5part1/SYNC" but it's not working. What am I doing wrong?

It should be /media/disk5part1/directoryname. You are missing a slash in the beginning.
