I will indeed email for a refund.

FWIW the problem appears to be with the sync client on the macbook not with the main app.

Its basically crashing, although apparently still running you cannot quit it, you have to force quit. You cannot for instance restart the mac with it running as it will cancel restart even though its not working.

The problem is this makes a whole mess of everything. I am working on an indesign book document with many hundreds of files over two macs and now I have no idea where anything is at. Its such a shame, but basically you should not release software until its ready to be used.
