Then something is really really wrong here.

The stats say that the sync is doing an updated of about 3000 files.
That doesn't match with your 1300 files.

Do you think you can share privately, via PM your syncserver.db from the server and syncclient.db from the client?

Obviously, there is some issue occurring here which we haven't seen before, so we need some data to be analyzed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

ok, thanks for the db files.
I think something is going wrong, but where I can't say yet.
But from the db files on the synclient-Win.db

I see 33000 entries for stuff like:

Quote:
cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/ACCPAC/Docs/APVEN.HTM

The same in the Mac Sync client as well.
Please open the cache folder and see if it has these immense list of files and folders?

If it does, then we need to figure out the right way to clear everything and start fresh.

The ACCPAC folder has been deleted...a few weeks ago.

I don't see anything out of the ordinary in the cache folder on the server. In the stage folder there are 5 folders; some of which are empty, some have sub-folders that are all empty, and some have files in them.

So you don't have a folder that has 11 subfolders with the same name?
cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/cache/?

Do you know if it was created by your apps?

No. The ACCPAC folder was a folder I copied into the sync folder. Then later deleted. It had over 2,500 files in it.

The only way to reset everything to start from the beginning is this.
1. Stop all Tonido servers/clients on all your machines.
2. In all machines delete all syncclient.db files, and make sure to delete syncserver.db in the server.
3. Have exactly 1 copy of files in the server. Remove all the files in the client Tonido Sync Folders
4. Start Server
5. Start each client wait till it syncs completely with server before starting another one.
6. Then you can work as usual.

From what I see, 33K of records exist in the database, however only few records existing in the server, so I suspect the server's data is not in sync with the client.

On step 3; should those files be in the Sync folder defined in the syncserverconfig file?

Ok...back up and running again. I found the cash problem (I think). The ACCPAC folder (that was deleted) was still in the .tonidocache folder on two of the client machines.

Successfully synching...THANKS!

ok, hopefully, this won't happen again.
the fact you had so many /cache/cache folders suggests there is a bug somewhere in sync, but we are testing it internally too.
