 Post subject: My Sync App says suspended

I seem to be able to install the sync app but it says suspended and won't turn on. This is of course through the Applications control panel. I've installed and uninstalled several times. I'm running win7 64bit. I'm running latest sofeware versions as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you running the Tonido Sync client on the same computer? you cannot install the Tonido sync app and the Tonido Sync client software in the same machine.
