Hi, I am new to the forum and have an issue im dealing with which is fairly annoying.
I am able to listen to music i have in the share when i log in as an admin through a browser on the iphone 4s, I am also able to stream when using the tonido app as well as through my laptop as an admin. However if you combine streaming through a guest account with the browser version I recieve an error that says. failure to load media/ Required plugin is not available.
After having this issue i downloaded and installed the jukebox plugin and it works the same way. so for troubleshooting reasons i currently have it uninstalled.
I hope ive included enough info to make a guess at whats going on.

AS a guest, what interface is he using? What URL? he needs to use the "Login as Guest" feature in the main login screen and not use the separate URL.

just through the standard iphone4s safari is the browser. Using the URL <name.tonidoid.com> and once there clicking on the guest tab and using guest credentials.
General pieces of info that I deem important : The 4s can use this url through the safari browser under the admin tab and credentials to access the music and stream it with no problem. Once you try to stream from the guest side it gives the error i described. It works successfully on a droid phone from the guests tab. And works from an actual computer as well.

This is to avoid having to have my guests download an app to view and stream files, as that is not quite as attractive of functionality.

This is exactly what i have been using however not the /guest part at the end. but going to the one i used http://yourID.tonidoID.com and then clicking the guest tab is the exact same url at that point.

So whereas this post does seem to help, it still does not. Im pretty sure i am giving the guest the main url .
