Iphone login failed

I am having a problem with my tonido iphone app. When I try to login to my Tonidoplug2 it comes up with a error that says: Failure. Login failed with reason [Invalid Password. Password is Case Sensitive.]

This can't be because I am 100% sure the password is correct. Any suggestions?

Try clicking on more options and click "Reconnect".

I have tried that and it is not working.

make sure you can open the site from the your iPhone browser and login ok.

ok that dose not work! I get "Invalid Password. Password is Case Sensitive".

If you get the same error from the browser then I would suspect you are typing in the password wrong.

Ok I have tried hundred times to login and I always get the same error, in the tondo app and from my mobile browser (all three I have on my iPhone). If I login on my computer on the same network as the plug then I login fine. I am 100% positive that the password I am using is correct.

I tried to change the password but that did not change anything.
