Hi, I recently updated my iPad's OS and realised that Zumocast was no longer available and that Tonido seemed liked a plausible alternative. I installed the software on my PC and created an account kiriranchero@tonidoid.com . I then installed the iPad version on my iPad and connected normally. All the files were available remotely and all was good. A few days ago I formatted my computer after getting a new SSD to replace my old HDD. I reinstalled Tonido on my PC and re-activated my account with a new password just for security reasons. I ran Tonido as administrator and with Relay enabled however for the love of me I cannot get my iPad to sync with the new setup. The error I get is:

Failure - Server might not be running

I tried connecting to http://kiriranchero.tonidoid.com/ on other devices (laptop, iPhone, Safari on iPad itself) but I always get a variant of the message that the server is down. This led me to believe that the firewall was being a bit quirky so I made sure that all Tonido processes were being allowed through Windows FW. This however did not solve the problem. I am at a loss of how to proceed. Clearly the problem lies in my server's ability to share remotely via http because the local address (192.127.1.66) works. I also tried removing AdBlockPlus from Chrome just in case but that too did no good.

Also, because I forgot to mention, I manage to connect via MobileSafari to the local address which is 192.168.1.66:10001 but this does not give me remote access obviosuly.

Your URL is definitely not available. Maybe the application is shut down? please change log level to trace and try "disable and re-enable" Tonido relay and then post your log file.

It is not clear why relay is not working, you can create a new account and see if that helps.
