I am totally new at all this but I just downloaded your iPad app and when I open it it asks for my account and password. I have searched everywhere possible on your website to see where I can sign up or register, and the only place I found was on the forum. How do icreate my account? A profile? How do I register?...?..?

You need to download and install the tonido desktop software for your desktop OS and install it. When you install it you will setup an account and password.

I thought that must be it. I downloaded the app thinkinking it was a stand alone like box. I don't have a pc right now, so I guess it will have to wait.

Actually, maybe I can ask you a quick question. We are looking at using tonido for our school as a network, but I first wanted to try it with the iPad and my students. Is it possible to sign up on my school computer and set up different accounts for each of my students? I have 10. or do they all have to have their own accounts on their own pcs at home? I suppose it is possible, it just means getting parents to sign up for accounts on their home computers. Not all parents are willing to do that sort of thing easily. or, could I install on computers in the school lab, and set up the student accounts that way? Do you have any suggestions? I am trying to come up with the best solution for our school. My principal wanted to go with dropbox or sugar sync, but neither of them works in china. I read that tonido is vastly superior.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
