We have release a new version with a fix for the "Profile Already Logged In" issue where users couldn’t login if they had CAPS in their user name. If you still face a problem please post in this thread..

I just updated to version 6.0, and tried it, getting the same "already logged in" error as before.

I am not using any capital letters in any of my information.

With the current version, account name is case sensitive.. pl try entering user name exactly same as you see it when you logging through a web browser..

Yes, that's what I did.
Sorry, I should have been more clear with my wording... I am not using capital letters in any of my login info (when account was originally created, or here during app login).
All my account info has always been all lower-case, and I entered it exactly the same as I would when connecting via browser.

Thank you for giving us additional info. I tested with all lower case, and with CAPS... works fine in our test phones..
It would be very helpful if you give us more information.
Can you pl post your account name as you typed in the mobile app? I want to see if there is anything special about the account name. screenshot of your browser window when you access from your PC will also help us a lot...

Well, good news for you guys... You can chalk this one up to "user error"!

I have several instances of Tonido running across several machines, and I entered the wrong username on this one (right address, wrong user). I think I got thrown off due to the fact that when I log in via web, the page only asks for my password (no username).

That said, it does seem like a strange error message for "Unknown User" or such.

I just downloaded the Mobile App as well as the desktop software for Win XP and I'm getting the Profile Already Logged In error on my Droid. The server url is correct, the username is correct and the password is correct. Hope you guys fix this soon.

I downloaded the app last night and I too am getting the "already logged in" message. I am not logged in to Tonido on any other browser or computer. I am able to use a browser on my Android device (Haipad M701 - with Android 2.1) to view my account, just not able to use the Tonido app.

Does your profile name contain mixed case letters?
if so, the workaround until the next tonido update is release is

1. ensure that your URL has only lowercase letters (http://yourid.tonidoid.com)
2. ensure that your account name contains the correct case (YourId)

Let us know if it works for you.
