Your relay settings say it is connected, but it is not connecting externally, I really can't say why. There could be some form of connection issue but it is not clear or why. The only other thing I would want to look at is your tonido.log file. Can you send it to us?

You can zip it and send it to us.You can download the log from Plug Admin->Logs->Download.

I see these errors, but not all the time. The rest of the log seems normal.
I can't explain why you have this issue. You might have to port forward to get remote access.

If you install Tonido software on a desktop does it work trying to connect to that?

I don't really know what to do now.

I've enabled the portforwarding in my router for tonidoplug (using 10001 as in and out ports, specifying 192.168.1.2 as the local ip and TCP as protocol). Enabled the DHCP reservation and UPnP in the router, disabled the relay service in tonido settings and made it forwardable.

I've re-installed the tonido app for my android and still my device is not aailable.

Please some help...

Sorry, but I don't have any good ideas on why it is not working.

I noticed while reading over all this, that your UDP port is different than your http web access port. I also noticed that you said you said you set port forwarding to the http port 10001, but not to the UDP port. I would be sure that both ports are set properly by your router. You also haven't really mentioned how your plug is connected to the internet, whether it's plugged straight into the modem, into a router, what ISP you're using (some ISP's block certain ports for access) or whether or not you're running a firewall. If there's a firewall running on your network, it is very possible that it is blocking inbound requests, which is why you can't access it remotely, but the plug will say connected. Also, some routers have IP filters built into them, and you need to make sure that your not restricting any external IP's. If you're running tonido threw something like a college network, it's possible that the college network administrators have placed a block on incoming connections. Also, with you trying to connect with your phone, are you trying to access tonido threw your local network, or are you accessing it from an external network (like your phones internet, rather than wifi)?

I can try to help you get it set properly, or find the place of error, but I need a lot more information from you about your current network infrastructure, to try to eliminate the variables.

Also, i just noticed that on your most recent post, you said you disabled tonido relay. You don't want to do that unless you have another dns service to host from (like dlinkddns.com). Disabling the relay service disables your access web address (yourname.tonidoid.com), meaning you have to connect threw direct port forwarding (eg. http://yourinternetip:tonidoport), or threw a custom dns service (username.otherdns.com:tonidoport). If you don't know what i'm talking about, leave tonido relay service on, and keep it simple.
