I have downloaded the Tonido app for my HTC Droid. I can log on from my phone and view files that are located on my external drive that is plugged into the Plug. I can stream music, and look at pictures with no problem.

The problem that I am having is that I cannot open and view a Word or PDF document. Each time that I try I get an error message saying, "Error in Downloading the File."

If I switch users and log into my desktop computer that is running the Tonido software, I can view these same files with no problem. Why can I not view docs and pdf files that are attached to the plug?

Today, we released a new version of Android that should fix this issue. Can you pl try the new version?
