is there a way to stop tonido running?

I do not want tonido run until I say so, but right now during boot it's enabled
when I use
initctl emit tstop it will stop, but it seems not to be executed when using this command in /etc/rc.local

is there something else what I can do?

A hack is to rename tonidoconsole to something else till you need it.
