Hi,
Since the last update and I don't know what other actions the internal flash is fully used.
Via bitcomet I receive the message: driver z drive (my disk) is full.
How can I extend my internal flash or what shall I do to clean it from useless stuff (please explain in understandable steps for tonido dummies).

Are you running bitcomet from Windows and downloading to a harddrive attached to your plug? Then it means your hard drive is full, not your internal flash.

There is a possibility that some torrents got downloaded on your flash drive when you might have removed the USB drive...

Can you try these steps.
1) Power off the plug
2) Remove all USB storage connected to the plug
3) Power on the plug and wait for it to start
4) Login to the plug via SSH from your windows machine using a tool like putty.
5) Remove all the files under /media/usb0 directory.
Code:
# cd /media/usb0
# rm -rf *

BTW, if you are not familiar with SSH and putty please have a look at this link http://www.tonido.com/support/TonidoPlug_SSH

I'll try the putty thing this afternoon and will give feedback if I got some of the 461 M used internal flash back finally.

@Guido: You don't need the filled submenu in putty. What you are doing is correct.
After entering root and pressing enter, it will prompt for root user's password. When you type password here, it will not be displayed for security purposes. Please type the password completely (this is the same password you use in PlugAdmin UI) and press enter, it should log you in.

Remove all the USB devices connected to your plug before proceeding.
Code:
# cd /media/usb0
# rm -rf *
