I stuck a sata drive into the Tonido box but neglected to format it before doing this. Is there a way of formatting it? I see in the control panel (TonidoPlug Admin > Disks) that there's a "format" option but it's grayed out. See attached screen shot. How do I overcome this? It would be an extremely time-consuming job to remove it and put it into an enclosure that I can attach to my Mac.

Please help!

I'm going to close this myself since there have been no replies.

It turns out that I this drive's filesystem of hfsplus is recognized by Tonido and I can mount it as a local device, upload/download/share this device, erase files, whatever I usually can do in the Finder.
