I have experienced several failures with my Tonido Plug over the past few weeks. Please assist with correcting my issues or pointing to someone how can. I have included the logs for viewing.

The subject of the email contains my latest issue. This occurred when I tried to connect a second hard drive and use the backup feature. The drive mapping changed from the second drive having disk2part1 to both disks showing disk1part1.

My first issues appeared when using your sync function. It seem to give an error syncing then the web interface kept becoming unreachable causing me to reboot the plug.

Now it appears that the web interface only stays running if I have no applications enabled. I can no longer upload files or use much of the features I used to use. Please take a look and advise.

I think we need to fix these multiple issues one by one.

1) For Disk Drive issues, you can unplug the drives, then you can go into "Plug Admin", Disks Tab and click on Clear Disk DB. Then you can plug in each drive back one by one and then ensure the drives are labelled correctly. After it is done, set the user data directory correctly to that drive which you are interested in.

2) For general stability issues: if user data directory is not available, all the apps will get disabled. So we need to fix (1) first.

Admin,

I have removed the both drives as directed and used the Clear Disk DB feature. I also used the Cleanup Space feature. However, it doesn't change how the Tonido Plug sees the two drives and labels them. I have also connected the second drive to a separate Linux box and renamed it. However, once I connect it back with the original still connected, it goes and renames it to disk1part1. This I can see in the "Disks" section within "admin". Also It only shows one drive in the folder section at a time and not the other do to this issue. This leaves me stuck with only attaching one drive and manually backing up to the other. Please explain the process to set the user data directory correctly in the Tonido Plug. This is not something that I am familiar with configuring.

Thanks for the instructions. I have restored my data on my first drive and formatted the second.
I have my first hard drive in the SATA slot and the second in the USB. So the user directory is pointed to the first drive again and as long as I keep this configuration, it works.
