Hi,

I received my brand new TonidoPlug2 + 1TB drive through the post a couple of days ago but the excitement was short-lived.

Everything went swimmingly until the software update after which I couldn't reach the plug via a browser. All I get now is a white screen. Eventually an error screen pops up saying the translations have not loaded.

I can get to the TP2 via SSH no problem at all - it's just the Tonido web software etc that isn't working.

I can send the log but it is already massive. The following lines may help:
Running System Version: 2.51.0.18312
Patcher: Remote Version 2.51.0.18312 local version 2.35.0.16174 for plugins/sync/

Just a quick note: I've searched through these boards before posting this and this problem (or something like it) seems to be fairly common, usually requiring manual installation of the software. My guess is this would solve my problem and I'm unclear as to why you don't publicise the download location rather than sending it individually by PM

I have my router forwarding port 10001 to the TP2. Do I have to do anything else for other ports?

The core system seems to have updated ok, but the UI is not loading for reasons unknown. Sent you a PM.

Thanks a bunch. Manually reinstalling the Tonido software tarball solved the problem.
