I am unable to connect via username.tonidiod.com. I can connect to my tonidoplug2 from my host computer using 127.0.0.1:10001, but not tonidoplugip:10001. Tonidoplug.com/ip shows correct MAC address and private IP but won't connect. IP address of Tonidoplug also confirmed via router. Was able to do DHCP reset so unit is accessible and USB sticks work for doing the reset.

Downloaded debug app but it won't generate the debug file regardless of which USB stick I tried.

If you are connecting via 127.0.0.1:10001 you are not connecting to the plug but probably to your Tonido Desktop software which you downloaded and installed. Please uninstall it.

Are both computer and TonidoPlug2 connected to same router?

Yes, both to the same router. Will move everything to another site and router. Will take a few days.
