 Post subject: Can not mount Drobo HFS+

I just got my new TonidoPlug2 and attempted to hook it up to my HFS+ formatted Drobo with 4 2TB drives (all 1 partition).
I've looked around the forums and have seen older posts of people having trouble. Has anyone actually gotten their HFS+ formatted Drobo to actually work with TonidoPlug2?

As an alternative, does anyone know if it's possible to format the Drobo as NTFS and have it be able to read/write from both Mac and Windows? (I believe that my Mac Time Machine will not work with this format, but I can live with that so long as I can do regular backups).
