is there not ANYONE in admin who can help, I can get on to the plug admin index page and enter it with pw,via lan without logging on to my account is this normal? i can find the plug via mac address,i can get on to the log on index page but cant enter due to randomly set pw option,I can get on to the root via putty but other than that the plug is useless i have followed several forum suggestions/instructions,Ive used pw resetzip, which resets the admin pw to nosoup4u also tried nosoup4u for account logon after reset power off & had no response from my last post :(

Are you able to login via Tonido WebUI but only having trouble with Plug Admin UI?
It is not clear what the issue you have?

When you open the WebUI address what error do you get? Do you see the login page?

What if you connect via http://www.tonidoplug.com/ip, do you see the UI show up?

If that works, then your account "harpy" is logged in. Not harpyland.

Only one account can be logged in at one time. If you had created "harpyland" before, then go into your "Harpy" account and go to settings->Misc->Use a different account.

This is the problem i have this account will not let me in so i cant "go to settings->Misc->Use a different account."
Account recovery (in admin)tells me that the pw for "harpy"account is harpyland2 but that wont let me in either

ok, in that case, you just have to create a new account.
SSH to your plug, go to your /root/app/tonido/approot/profiles directory.

Delete the account folders inside.

Restart the plug, now create a new account.
