Dear Support,

Now i'm experiencing a different issue with my plug, please find the screenshot for more information.
1. I unable to access the webconsole of my plug. (check the screenshot.)
2. I can ping the ip of my plug, but i'm unable to access the plug using SSH. It doesn't accept the password for the user "root". I also tried the default password (nosoup4u)

I tried resetting hardware and power cycled, but still no luck.
Appreciate a quick response.

Are you able to go to http://tonidoplug.com/ip and connect to your device?

Yes, i'm able to go to 'http://tonidoplug.com/ip' and when i click on the link i get same error. Please advise.

Hi, your tonido is not registered with our servers currently.
You said that you've restarted the plug, but still you tonido instance is not accessible.

One thing we can try is to reset the plug password.
Can you please follow the instructions here to reset the password: http://www.tonido.com/support/display/docs/Forgot+the+TonidoPlug%27s+administrator+password

After resetting the password, you should be able to SSH into the plug.
Then we can check why tonido is not running. Worst case we can replace the tonido installation.

Also, just to make sure, you haven't modified the TonidoPlug anyway by installing any software or doing apt-get upgrade etc?

For your information, from the day one i was having issues with my TP, i couldn't make use if it, you can review my posts for more info. The solution for 'TONIDOPLUG Slow performance' fixed the issue, but after 2 weeks it stopped working.

I didn't modify anything in that.
