Let the picture speak for itself.


Did nothing special, picked the TP up, put it 10 centimeters away.
After trying to connect to it(it is running for a few weeks now) it wasn't there.
Looked at it again, picked it ip and connector fell off! (right part on picture) With still the power cable in it........
Then saw that part of connector(left on picture) was still there, unmounted it, and then parts flying around(spring is lost).

Sure I will be the first to encounter such issue..................

I had to glue it together to make it stick. What does that say about build quality?
And used a spring of a ballpoint as replacement for the lost spring, I can use it now, but no help from support.......

I was having second thoughts about this purchuse, but now trust is totally gone.

We would be happy to replace the HW unit with a new one. Please let us know.
