OSX 10.5, XCode 3.0 with GCC 4.0.1

Could you please update the MAC SDK instructions to include that it only works with

1) gcc 4.0.2 and doesn't work with 4.2.1 that comes default with OS X Snow Leopard.
2) bjam toolset=darwin ** Currently it only says to run bjam.

btw, I tried running bjam on OSX Tiger running on a G4 Powerbook and it doesn't run. Then I realized that your application is only written for Intel processors and is not a universal binary.

Yes, good point. We need to add our build setup in our instructions.

Note, that we have moved to GCC 4.2.1 and XCode 3.14 in our Mac Build and the update will be available in our SDK build as well once we release.

as far I can see, actualy it should be

as all path in setup_* scripts are relative to "tonidosdk/thirdparty"

I changed the instructions for OSX. I think I need to make the change for other platforms.
