Ability to manually set the "root" folder in Explorer

I have a pretty complex server, and I have a special folder on my device called "nas-space" and all files on the NAS get placed in there. I have no need to see other folders... nor do I want the ability to! Would be great if there were a setting to set the root folder to whichever you like and have Explorer default to that folder when opened and not have the ability to go any further up the tree.
