Hi,

Would love to know how can I upload file/documents using guest account.

I tried to upload a certain file using a guest account to be uploaded to the admin account

but I cannot locate where did the uploaded file goes.

Attached is the screen shot of the upload file button on the guest account.

After uploading, do a refresh of that folder, if you have given "write permissions" for that guest, the file should appear.

What do you mean by " write permissions "?

Still I tried to upload a file but same notification appears.

Attached is the screen shot of the notification when I upload a file.

Click on "Applications" and check if "Webshare" application is activated and not suspended.

Yes, The Webshare application is active and not suspended.

I back-read some past messages here and got some info...

Attached is the screen shot of the Guest User...

As you can see there is only Read Access and dont have a "Write permissions"

How can I able to get "Write permissions" so that my guest user can upload a file

to the main user/server?

You need Tonido Pro and then you get write permissions.
