I can access via LAN by using IP address for the Tonido server, but relay doesn't work for remote access. Please let me know what I need to do to fix the problem. Thanks.

Did you do account recovery on a different machine for this account?

No, it's the same machine.

Everything had been working fine until the machine did an auto Windows update. After that, my profile somehow got corrupted, so when I logged in after the update, it rebuilt the profile. When the server started, it thought it was a new installation, so I went through the recovery process. I recovered OK except for the current problem with the relay.

It is somehow behaving as if it is using the old profile before you did account recovery, which is not really valid anymore.

This is what I suggest, delete the %APPDATA%\tonido\profiles\<yourprofile> folder, restart tonido and then do another account recovery.

If that doesn't still work you might have to create a new account.

That worked just fine and I'm back up and running. Thanks for the help!
