Seriously considering being a Pro user. This application has many incredible features - but was really hard to find searching the web, you should consider making it easier to find you .

1. What is the average transfer speed one can expect when you're experiencing high traffic? (busy times).

2. If im NOT running through your relay servers, will the speed be limited ONLY by my own internet connection? (I have a 100/100 Mbit connection, will i be able to reach those speeds?)

3. I can understand how you need to limit the storage capacity if we use your relay servers, because you need to pay for the traffic. How does it work? Is it 50 GB storage max, and unlimited traffic? Like, can i delete/upload/download 50 GB every day as i wish?

4. If i choose NOT to use your relay servers, will i have unlimited storage/traffic? (of course depending on my own servers storage capacity)

It should stay constant, we have a load balanced set of servers around the globe, US, Europe, Japan, Singapore so it shouldn't matter that much.



Yes, limited to upload speeds by your ISP.



It is unlimited traffic but total of 50GB. So yes, you can delete upload/download 50 GB every day if you wish.



It is unlimited remote access to your files obviously, however at this time the sync storage remains at 50GB (when pro) irrespective whether you use our relay or not.

I searched a long time for a backup service or "dropbox" like sync tool, but was unable to find one that was good, untill i stumbled upon this on a forum far far away..

Do you plan on making the storage unlimited for users not using your relay?

As i live in Europe, am i guaranteed to always use your european servers?

We don't have short term plans for unlimited storage. Might be an option later.
