 Post subject: Tried to Upgrade to TonidoPro - locked out of account

Hi,

I bought the TonidoPro Licence yesterday. I downloaded the TonidoDrive software but I cant access it. The message is "This Tonido server is not eligible to be used with TonidoDrive." I did activate TonidoPro using the provided instructions.

Then I decided to uninstall Tonido and reinstall to see if that would make a difference. Now I am locked out and cant access my old account. I tried to recover it using my Account name and email. I get a message saying Invalid Email Provided.

I am at a dead end and need some advice.

Did you install WebsharePro after upgrading to TonidoPro?

When I could access my account I tried to install WebsharePro but it said I needed to buy TonidoPro, which obviously I already had.

The general process is this:

1. You buy TonidoPro in our store at https://store.tonido.com
2. You enter the store username/password in your Tonido account
3. TonidoPro gets activated
4. You install websharepro after (3)

We don't know why you are locked out of our account. Did you forget your password?
You can create a new account and redo the steps.

I created a new account and have it activated.

I tried to install Websharepro, but it says suspended:

WebsharePro - v2.50.0.18016 (suspended)

ok, I think we know why.

Tonido 2.50 was released last week and we have a new Mac App that runs on the tray etc.

1. Delete your Tonido.App
1. Please download new Tonido Mac app from our website
2. Repeat the activation and websharepro setup. It will work

Tools->Settings->Tonido Version what does that say?
